What is a poet’s style? If you are observant enough you might notice that poets enjoy standing out. They will wear lavish clothing, or large jewelry pieces which, to the human eye, catches our attention. I assume that they try doing much of the same things in their poems to keep people interested. It’s curious that poets, who clearly have many emotions and feelings, would even want to stand out. Perhaps it improves their writing in a way, much like how a photographer wears comfortable clothes because photographers are always on the move. Maybe their large jewelry pieces have a symbolic significance which allows them to channel for emotions into their work. Maybe a certain hairstyle that is unique to them makes them feel more like themselves while they write. Whatever the reason, it is clear that most poets enjoy the style of standing out of the crowed and getting noticed by people just like how they want people to notice their poetry.
